It’s always more difficult to find good meat but it’s not impossible! The tradition helps us. Although the 95% of meats sold in Italy comes from foreign meats, doesn’t matter if they’re imported adult or fattened up in Italy, there are still several Italian breeds tat produce excellent meats but in reduced quantities. We cite, as example, the meats from Maremma, Romagna, Marche and the best which are Piedmontese Fassone and Tuscan Chianina. When Esperya decide to propose its customers fresh meats it seemed a great risk to found the best meats and how to preserve them. To solve those problems, we chose big producers who were able to guarantee high quality and seriousness in this work. We chose Oberto for Fassone and Falorni for Chianina and we were right! Their manufacturing guarantee high quality product, tender and tasty and you awarded us trusting in this new initiative. Therefore we decide to continue this project; at the moment we offer a wide choice between several ranges of Piedmontese Fassone and Tuscan Chianina amongst the Fillet that is to taste! In the future we’ll expand our range of Italian meats. The production is limited and the price is high but we know that leaving the search for quality to choose big quantities at low prices is not so worth, or rather, sometimes it’s more expensive.
